VALITECH SEALS OR BANDS – Physical displays to wear on arm or place on a structure exhibiting of a clinical promise to the client or patient. The idea for Valitech was borne out of the covid 19 pandemic. At first it was likely to be the main or only test being virtually proctored. At the height of the pandemic a number of airlines and borders and businesses required proof of a current covid 19 tests before entry was even considered.

 

VALITECH SAFE              - That way others could feel Safe around an individual or show the person some deference considering their condition.

VALITECH SECURE - Homes or facility could guarantee it was a secure harbor from possible infection or continuing substance abuse.

VALITECH SURE - The Sure option was for possible further testing to diagnose your condition or symptoms and alleviate others persistent concerns due to obvious symptoms or actions being taken like masks still being worn.

 

PIVOT – A business pivots means to shift an essential part of your business strategy — either in regard to a product or the business model. Since the 1st iteration of Valitech’s business model included a captive customer segment like staff and visitors to restaurants, the strategy was pretty simple and straightforward. Now that covid 19 is no longer a public health emergency but still a threat to some the pivots made were absolutely necessary. In this case basically every section of the business model was put through the process of innovation and the brand architecture and development expanded.
